Nov 2019: Redcliffe Quarter A1 Office Accommodation

Proposal for a suite of floating A1 offices for independent businesses or hot-desking for a city faced with growing demand for quality office space, but limited in its capacity to deliver due to restricted urban space.

Quote from Andy Smith, Partner at Knight Frank

“I believe the idea of offering offices on the floating harbour is an inspired vision which will help alleviate the chronic shortage of high quality desirable smaller office spaces in the city centre. The proposed design will in my opinion be desirable in the market.”
